The purpose of this training is to help presales advisors understand how doctors explain knee pain, spine pain, patient symptoms and ResearchAyu’s treatment approach. Advisors should not try to become doctors or give diagnosis. Their role is to listen carefully, educate the patient in simple language, build trust and guide the patient toward doctor consultation.
